To prepare for your appointment, please make sure you have completed your new client form and arrive at your designated appointment time with your cat in a pet-safe carrier.
Cancellation Policy - Please Note:
24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your grooming appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. 📅
Prepayment Requirement: Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will require prepayment for your next appointment. 💳
No Call, No Show: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, we will require prepayment for all future appointments. 🚫
Non-Refundable Prepayments: Prepayments are non-refundable, unless there is an emergency. In case of an emergency, the prepayment will be credited to your account for future use. 🚨
If you arrive 10 or more minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule or pay a late fee of $25.
*If you do not pick up your cat prior to our closing time, you will be charged $1 for every minute passed close. If we cannot get a hold of you or if we cannot stay to wait, your cat will be boarded in one of our available suites at your expense.
